§ 9.65.020. Sale and Discharge of Fireworks.

“Safe and Sane Fireworks” may only be sold and/or discharged within the City, and such discharge may only occur during the period beginning at 12:00 noon on the 28th day of June and ending at 11:59 pm on the 4th day of July each year.
