§ 5.16.110. Issuance of Licenses.

There are two (2) Card Clubs presently licensed in the City. The first Card Club is located at the southeast corner of Highway 395 and Air Base Road. The second Card Club is located at the northeast corner of Jonathan Street and Violet Avenue. A third License has been authorized but is not issued presently. This third License must be located on property that is zoned CR-2.
