§ 3.50.020. Exceptions.

Except for provisions concerning elections procedures, this Chapter shall not affect the applicability of any of the provisions of the Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982, Title 5, Chapter 2.5 (commencing with Section 53311) of the Government Code.
