§ 10.34.060. Penalty for Violation.

It is an infraction for any person to violate any provision, or fail to comply with any of the requirements of this Chapter. Any person violating any provision of this Chapter or failing to comply with any of its requirements shall be deemed guilty of an infraction and as defined in Section 1.20.010 and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a first violation, two hundred dollars ($200.00) for a second violation, and five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each additional violation within a one (1) year period. The fines in this section may be amended by ordinance or resolution of the City Council.
