§ 10.16.220. Fines.

Latest version.

All fines shall be set and amended by ordinance or resolution of the City Council. All citations are also subject to all County and State administrative fees, including but not limited to those pursuant to Government Code §70372(b), Government Code § 76000(b), and Senate Bill 1407.
